Orders which include custom embroidery and/or personalized printing will be shipped within 10 business days. If your purchase does not include personalized items, it will typically ship within 2 business days. Personalized ceramics are shipped directly from the artist in approximately 5 weeks. Every effort is made to ship orders as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate.
Our primary shipping service is USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Priority Mail generally arrives within 2 - 3 days. Express shipping is also available at checkout. This option will accelerate the shipping of your package, it will not impact the production time required for personalized orders. International orders are sent by USPS Global Priority Mail.
